How to use it
How should I take Jaldes Elteans capsules?
Take 2 to 4 capsules daily with a meal. For optimal results, start with 4 capsules a day for the first 15 days, then reduce to 2 capsules daily for 2 months.
For children aged 3 to 12: take 2 capsules daily for 15 days, then 1 capsule daily. If needed, pierce the capsule and mix the contents with applesauce or purée.
