How to use it
How to take Juvamine Charcoal and Yeast capsules?
Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water, either before or after a meal. For an effective course, continue use for 2 to 3 weeks.
In cases of bloating, you may exceptionally take up to 10 capsules in divided doses: 5 capsules 30 minutes before a meal, and 5 capsules immediately afterwards.
