Vitamin D also called "sun vitamin" is produced mainly through the action of the sun on the skin. Indeed the action of ultraviolet rays (UVB) on the skin allows to naturally activate the synthesis by our organism of this essential vitamin. In addition, vitamin D can be provided by food through foods such as fatty fish (salmon, mackerel ...) or egg yolk.
