JUVÉDERM VOLUMA , the latest product in the JUVÉDERM family, is a facial filler with Hyaluronic Acid (Ah Anti-age). The first of its kind, it is specially designed to restore age-related loss of volume in the mid-face, particularly in the cheeks, cheekbones and around the chin.
Because JUVÉDERM VOLUMA uses Hyaluronic Acid, a sugar naturally present in the skin's layers, it can instantly restore dermal volume in the cheeks and redefine the contour of the chin.
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA also combines with Collagen and Elastin to improve the skin's structure and elasticity, giving it a smoother appearance. The results are instant, natural-looking and can last up to 18 months. What's more, there's no recovery time, with most people returning to their normal activities straight away.
Hyaluronic Acid is used in aesthetic medicine as a wrinkle filler. It is injected intradermally into the skin in the form of a transparent gel.
