Ingredients for one capsule: 
250 mg of keratin, 7 mg of iron (iron gluconate, 50% RDA), 5 mg of zinc (zinc gluconate, 50% RDA), 0.5 mg of copper (copper gluconate, 50 % RDA), 2.4 mg of beta-carotene (50% RDA), 0.55 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride, 50% RDA), 0.7 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin, 50% RDA) 8 mg of vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid, 50% RDA), 3 mg of vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate, 50% RDA), 0.7 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, 50% RDA) (Vitamin B8), 100 μg of vitamin B9 (folic acid, 50% RDA), 40 mg of vitamin C (sodium L-ascorbate, 50% AJR), 6 mg of vitamin B 50% AJR), 236.5 mg of inactivated 50% Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
