What is kinesiology? Kinesiology is a health technique specialising in prevention and rehabilitation, for example following a musculoskeletal disorder. Kinesiology strips are adhesive elastic bands with properties similar to those of skin (weight, thickness, elasticity). They provide dynamic support for the muscle and accompany movement without limiting joint mobility.

Do not use the Strip on a clean or infected wound
Do not use in cases of joint instability
If you have a history of skin allergies, apply a piece of strip to the skin for a few hours before use

Apply the strip with varying degrees of tension, to avoid any feeling of discomfort or tightness. Do not apply too much tension and do not apply in a circular motion to avoid a tourniquet effect
How to use it
Cleanse and dry the skin. Make sure your Skin has not been treated with greasy creams or lotions and is not particularly hairy. Adhesion is reduced if there is a lot of hair. Use a cleaned and disinfected pair of scissors before cutting the Strips. Trim the corners of the strip before applying it to round off the ends, for better hold. Don't hesitate to ask someone close to you to help you apply the Strips. The Strip cannot be repositioned once it has been applied. There is no need to remove the Strip when taking a shower. Remove only part of the paper to apply the Strip, then remove the rest. If you touch the sticky part of the Strip, it will no longer stick. Apply gently to avoid any feeling of discomfort or tightness. Do not apply too much tension and do not apply in a circular motion to avoid a tourniquet effect. Smooth the Strips carefully during application to avoid creasing
