How to use it
How should I take Nhco Nutrition L-Lysine capsules?
For optimal results, follow this dosage plan:
Initial phase (7 days): Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening, away from meals.
Maintenance phase (7 days): Take 2 capsules in the evening only, between meals.
Take the capsules with a large glass of water to support absorption.
