L-Noxeam provides:

- Immediate release to help you fall asleep quickly
- Prolonged release throughout the night (7 hours*) to reduce night-time awakenings
- An extract of saffron, which promotes relaxation and supports falling asleep
- An extract of lemon balm, which supports relaxation, sleep onset and helps maintain natural sleep
- L-Tryptophan, an amino acid that is a precursor of serotonin, the hormone linked to happiness and relaxation
- Amino acids involved in the body's physiological functions: Glycine and L-Ornithine

Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, colouring: copper complexes of chlorophyllins.
