How to use it
How to take Laboratoire Roches Marines oyster shell capsules?
Take 3 to 5 capsules daily, preferably with a meal to optimise absorption. Swallow with a glass of water to aid ingestion. Start with the minimum dose (3 capsules) and adjust as needed.
For consistent results, space the intake throughout the day (e.g. 2 in the morning, 1 at midday, 2 in the evening).
