Ingredients: maltodextrin, bulking agent: cellulose, lactase (27%), anticaking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids.

To this day, there has been no known secondary effects associated to taking LactoHELP®.

LactoHELP® does not contain lactose, gluten, fructose nor histamine.

People who are intolerant to lactose should seek advice on what role lactase plays in their diet.

If symptoms related to lactose intolerance persist after having taken a product containing lactose, you can increase the number of tablets until digestive problems disappear, without exceeding 30 tablets a day. 
The recommended maximum daily dose must not be exceeded.
You must determine your own lactase intake needs, depending on the amount of lactase that you produce naturally, as well as the quantity of lactose contained in foodstuffs and drinks that you consume.
