How to use it
Recommended use: Oral: 1 drop diluted in 1 teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, twice a day.
Possible uses: For the flexibility of muscles and joints Massage: 3 to 5 drops in a neutral vegetable oil, massage the areas concerned.
