How to use it
Apply morning and/or evening:
Warm the milk between your palms. Apply it from bottom to top, with your hand flat on your arm and your hands alternately flat on your stomach, thighs and buttocks. Work on the texture using figure-of-eight movements: apply pressure on the upward movement to lift the tissues, and gently descend, this time without pressure, to settle back down.
For smooth, soft skin, use a Scrubs once or twice a week.
