How to use it
Every day, apply a small amount to clean, dry feet and then firmly massage from the toes to the ankles.
Le Couvent des Minimes'tip: If you have more time and your feet need more relaxation: massage the top of the foot, along the grooves that separate the tendons; then massage on top and between each toe, rolling them between your fingers, and then flex them back and forth; massage the sole with the thumbs in an outward direction and then with your fist from the toes to the ankle; pay particular attention to the ankle, moving up the leg; finish with light sweeping strokes.
