Lecitone CNS (docosahexanoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are omega-3 fatty acids that are naturally found in certain fish and plants. These are polyunsaturated fatty acids that must be brought in daily by the diet. DHA is particularly abundant in the brain and participates in its normal functioning. The beneficial effect on the brain is achieved by consuming 250mg of DHA per day.

How to use it
