SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

This essential oil is irritating pure on the skin. It is essential to dilute it in a vegetable oil before applying it to the skin.

Please observe the following precautions:

Do not use on pregnant women.
Do not use on women who are Milk feeding.
Do not use on Children under the age of 7.
Do not use in people with a history of convulsions.
Do not use if you are allergic to essential oils.
Consult a doctor for any therapeutic indication or oral treatment.
Never inject essential oils intravenously or intramuscularly, and do not combine them with oral medical treatments without medical advice.
If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to ask your doctor for advice.
Do not leave bottles of essential oils within the reach of children.
The eyes, nose and ear must never come into contact with essential oils: in the event of contact, apply plant oil and consult a doctor as soon as possible.
Essential oils should not be used pure, but diluted. It is preferable to carry out a skin test on a small area of the skin (e.g. the crease of the elbow) before use, particularly for people with Allegy.
Always wash your hands after massage or skin application.
In the event of accidental absorption, swallow a vegetable oil to dilute the essential oil and then contact a poison control centre.

How to use it

Recommended daily dose: 1 to 3 drops a day (i.e. 45 to 135mg) in a teaspoonful of Plant oils, for a maximum of 4 to 5 days.
