How to use it
2 to 4 capsules per day to be taken with a glass of water

Ingredients: SS of Indian currant: 50 mg, ES of pomegranate: 50 mg, ES of spinach: 50 mg, ES of artichoke: 50 mg, Lactic ferments (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus), Coenzyme Q10: 10 mg, ES of garlic: 5 mg, Colloidal silica, Magnesium stearate.
