Per capsule : Dried blackcurrant extract 75 mg Dried red vine extract 40 mg Dried acerola extract 77.65 mg Including 17% Vitamin C 12 mg
Box of 30 tablets Choose antioxidant foods (fresh fruit and vegetables). Hydrate throughout the day by drinking 1.5 litres of water a day. Walk as often as possible and exercise every day. Take showers rather than baths. Elevate your legs when you lie down.
