Read the instructions printed inside this carton carefully before use.
1. Open the wrapper and carefully remove the condom. Although strong, condoms can be damaged by sharp nails, jewellery or teeth. Never use more than one condom at a time. Always change condoms between partners and between different types of sexual activity (vaginal, oral or anal) to reduce the risk of HIV and STIs.
2. Always put the condom on the penis before any sexual contact and only when the penis is erect, with the rolled side facing outwards. This helps reduce the risk of unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
3. The condom will only unroll one way. Do not unroll it fully before putting it on. Make sure the condom is being unrolled with the rolled side facing outwards.
4. Pinch the tip of the condom to remove any air and leave room for semen. Excess air may increase the risk of breakage.
5. Unroll the condom all the way down to the base of the penis. If it doesn’t roll easily, it may be inside out, damaged or expired. Throw it away and use a new one. If the condom feels like it’s slipping or stretching, stop and check to avoid possible breakage.
6. Do not use oil-based lubricants (massage oils, body lotions, baby oil, butter, margarine, petroleum jelly, etc.) as they can damage polyisoprene condoms. Only use lubricants that are compatible with polyisoprene condoms. Some topical medications may also damage the condom — ask your doctor or pharmacist if you’re unsure.
7. After sex, withdraw carefully while the penis is still erect. To prevent semen leakage, hold the condom at the base. Keep the penis pointing down and remove the condom gently.
8. Tie the used condom in a knot and wrap it in tissue. Dispose of it hygienically. Do not flush it down the toilet.
