Organic Manuka Honey naturally has an efficient Anti-bacterial activity, without the addition of chemicals, without manipulation and without pasteurisation.

Organic Manuka Honey has naturally effective anti-bacterial properties, with no added chemicals, handling or pasteurisation.

This Manuka Honey comes exclusively from the South Island of New Zealand, which is less industrialised and less polluted, offering our honey a superior quality enhanced by an organic preparation method.

This Manuka Honey is pure, uncut, not genetically modified and guarantees a very high level of Manuka pollen (between 76.5% and 96.5%). The remaining percentages are derived from Bioes honeydew, dandelion and clover pollens.

During preparation, the temperature is never raised above 28°C to preserve the exceptional qualities of the honey.

The activity naturally present in our certified organic Manuka honey is divided into two indices:
TPA12+ and TPA16+ (TPA: TOTAL Peroxide Activity)
These indices offer optimal Anti-bacterial and Anticeptics qualities.
