How to use it

How to wear an FFP2 mask?

1. Place the mask in the palm of your hand, positioning the nose clip up and over the tips of your fingers.
2. Cover the mouth and nose by putting the mask under your chin, with the nose bar upwards.
3. While holding the mask with one hand, grasp the elastic strap on one side, pass it around the ear. Do the same on the other side.
4. Adjust and press the nose bar up and down around your nose, ensure a perfect fit and good adhesion to your face.
5. Check the fit by exhaling hard and making sure there is no air leakage from the sides. If necessary, readjust and check again. Not efficient in the event of an air leakage.

This mask is personal protective equipment (PPE). Recommended for individuals who have received a proper instructions as to its use. Designed to protect against inhalation of solid particles and liquid aerosols. Should be used in well ventilated areas. Should not be used when the concentration of contaminants is an immediate danger to life.
This mask does not require maintenance and should not be modified.
Before use, make sure that it is not damaged. Do not take out of its packaging before use.
Before entering the polluted area, make sure it is perfectly positioned on your face.
Leave the area if breathing becomes difficult or if you feel dizzy or unwell.

How long does the protection of an FFP2 mask last?
This mask offers protection for a single period of time not exceeding 8 hours. Not reusable after.
Failure to follow the instructions for use during the entire exposure period reduces its effectiveness.
Wearing this mask does not eliminate the risk of contracting diseases or infections.
