How to use it
From the beginning of pregnancy and even if possible from the peri-conception period, take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water.
MATERNOV SUPPLEMENTATION can be taken throughout the pregnancy.

Iodine: 100 μg - 66% RDA *
Folic acid 400 μg - 200% RDA *
Vitamin D - 10 μg - 200% RDA *
