How to use Mayoly CHC Megamag One tablets?
From 12 years old, swallow one tablet daily with a glass of water, without chewing. For ease, take at the same time each day.
This supplement is intended to be taken as part of a 6-week course. You may repeat the course if needed, leaving an interval between courses for optimal effectiveness.

ngredients: Magnesium oxide, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose-cellulose gel, dicalcium phosphate, stabiliser: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents : mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), colourings: yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, indigotine and brilliant blue, anti-caking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone.
