Melatonin is a molecule secreted by the Body.
- Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*. This allows the body to rest fully.
- Melatonin helps to reduce the effects of jet lag**. This helps the body to synchronise with the day/night rhythm.

* The beneficial effect on reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is obtained by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
** The beneficial effect on reducing the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days following arrival at your destination.
