Take 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime for its beneficial effect on falling asleep and 0.5 mg to fight jet lag just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after your arrival.

How to use it
Take 1 tablet per day 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water (20 cl). In case of jet lag: 1 tablet just before going to bed on the first day of travel and the few days after your arribal.
