How to use it
3 capsules a day with meals. It may be advisable to alternate periods of 3 weeks of supplementation with a week's break.

Ingredients: Fish gelatin, deodorised cold-pressed borage oil (seeds) (Borago officinalis), total yam extract (rhizomes) (Dioscorea oppositifolia) concentrated in diosgenin, humectant : vegetable glycerine, sunflower oil (seeds) (Helianthus annuus), dried rockweed(1 ) (thallus) (Fucus vesiculosus), purified TG wild fish oil, dried sea lettuce(1) (thallus) (Ulva lactuca), virgin olive oil (fruits) (Olea europaea), thickener: beeswax, vegetable vitamin E.
