How to use it
Before use, clean and dry your skin. Apply the silicone protector directly on the heel.
The silicone protector is washable and can be used several times. Before reuse, wash the protection with neutral soap then rinse with water. Leave it dry.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. External use Do not apply to broken skin or blisters
