How to use it

Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal.
Make sure you replace your toothbrush as soon as the bristles become damaged. We recommend changing toothbrushes every 2 to 3 months.
Keep your toothbrush in a dry place. Avoid glasses or containers that may contain stagnant water.
