These flexible wooden NAIL FILES are specially designed for fragile nails. They have 2 different grains. The rougher side is designed for preliminary filing and can be used on men's nails (which are generally thicker and harder) and Feet; the finer face is for filing nails in minute detail.

How to use it
Use the thinner Face, in long, gentle strokes from the edge towards the centre, to shape the nails as desired. To keep the nail strong, do not over-file the outside of the free edge. To complete the job, remove any rough edges by making small vertical up and down movements with the tip of the file. This also helps to "weld" the nail layers together.
