How to use it
How to use Kotor Pharma Nails and Hair?
For optimal results, take 2 capsules daily for at least 3 months. In cases of urgent need (hair loss or weakened nails), double the dose: take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening for 15 days.
Swallow with a glass of water, preferably during a meal for better absorption. Regular use supports stronger nails and healthier hair.
