How to take Nhco Nutrition Iron 7 mg?
Men, seniors and children from 6 months old (under medical advice) should take 1 capsule in the morning. Adult women, including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, should take 2 capsules in the morning.
Swallow with a glass of water, preferably during breakfast for better absorption. Always follow the recommended dosage.
* For children under 6 years old, open the capsule.
