Due to its high caffeine content from green tea, green coffee and guarana, Thermoxyl is not recommended on an empty stomach, as it may cause digestive discomfort. If your breakfast is light or you tend to skip it, consider taking the capsule at lunchtime instead.
It’s also not advisable to take Thermoxyl in the evening, as the caffeine could interfere with sleep or delay falling asleep.

Can I drink green tea while taking Thermoxyl?
