Nodalys Muscle & Bone is composed of the L. plantarum WJL strain and *Vitamin D3, which is necessary for maintaining muscle and bone mass and keeping mobility.

L. plantarum WJL is a PreciBiomic strain of the Lactobacillaceae family, studied for several years in TargEDys partner laboratories, and the subject of patents exploited by TargEDys.

How to use it

Take 1 sachet a day with your evening meal. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, then add water at room temperature. Stir well. A box of 21 sachets allows you to follow a 21-day programme, to be repeated as required. For better absorption and digestive comfort, it is important to follow the instructions for use. Vitamin D3, being a fat-soluble vitamin, is better assimilated by mixing with the fatty acids present in the alimentary bolus.
