Humer Daily nose hygiene is a nasal spray for everyday nasal hygiene. It cleanses and moisturises the nasal mucosa, while also being intended for preventive nasal rinsing against certain respiratory conditions.
Daily nasal cleansing
Humer spray supports everyday nasal hygiene through its cleansing and moisturising action on the nasal mucosa. It is intended for daily nasal rinsing when the nasal mucosa needs to be cleansed and moisturised. This use forms part of a nasal hygiene routine, without being limited to a specific period.
Prevention of respiratory conditions
Humer Daily nose hygiene is also intended for nasal rinsing to help prevent several respiratory conditions mentioned in the product description. It can therefore be used as part of the prevention of colds and rhinitis, as well as sinusitis. The formula addresses two clearly defined needs: maintaining nasal hygiene and supporting preventive nasal rinsing. In spray form, this device is suited to this hygiene step, with an indication focused on the nasal mucosa. Daily use is described for cleansing and moisturising, while nasal rinsing is also mentioned for the prevention of respiratory conditions.

How to use it
How do I use Humer?
Shake the bottle before use. Spray once or twice into each nostril morning and evening, or more often if needed. Use the product over a washbasin or in the shower.
Gently insert the nozzle without forcing it, then press the spray head for 2 to 3 seconds. Repeat in the other nostril.
Rinse the nozzle with clean, warm water after each use, then dry it. Do not share the nozzle with anyone else.
Compositions & ingredients
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
Composition: Isotonic seawater solution containing natural marine salts (31,8%), thermal water (68,2%). Equivalent to approximately 9 of NaCl.
If symptoms continue beyond 4 days, consult a doctor.
If the bottle is damaged, do not use the product due to a risk of contamination. For infants, older people, bedridden people and/or people with disabilities, lying on your side with your head slightly raised is recommended. Never perform a nasal rinse with your head tilted backwards, to avoid choking or ingestion. If a doctor has prescribed a medicine for nasal application, use the spray before applying the medicine, not afterwards. Do not use after the expiry date.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to seawater and/or any other component. Any use outside the intended purpose is strictly contraindicated. Keep out of reach of children.
Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, sparks, naked flames, hot surfaces and any other source of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not puncture or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Any serious incident occurring in connection with the nasal spray must be reported to ODOST and ANSM.
