In both cases, the result is the same: this protective barrier no longer retains enough water (increase in insensible water loss) and makes our epidermis more sensitive to the many and varied attacks it suffers.
As a result, Skin becomes dehydrated* more quickly and tends to become irritated.
Skin therefore needs to be soothed, repaired and the hydrolipidic film restored.

On clean, slightly damp skin, apply a few warmed drops in the palm of your hand, brushing over the skin of the Face and neck.
