How to use Valdispert Complete Night?
Take 1 tablet daily, ideally 30 minutes before bedtime. Swallow with a full glass of water to aid absorption. This supplement is designed to support restorative sleep.

DC., flowers and leaves), stabiliser (xanthan gum), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), cyanocobalamin, melatonin.
