Vitamin B6 also helps the nervous system to function normally.

INCI formula: Marine Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Carbonate - Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, croscarmellose sodium - Anticaking agent: magnesium stearate - Thickener: sodium alginate - Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - Food colouring: E132 - Vitamin B9 or folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (100% NRV)
Vitamin B9 or folic acid: 200 µg (100% NRV)
