How to use it
1 tablet a day in the morning with a large glass of Water.

Ingredients : Dried extract of Melissa officinalis L. lemon balm leaves - Bulking agent: silicified microcrystalline cellulose - Dried extract of SEDUM roseum (L.) Scop. rose rhodiola roots. - Dried extract of flowering heads of hawthorn Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC - Thickener: xanthan gum - Dried extract of flowering heads of horehound Ballota nigra L. - Concentrate (radish, apple and blackcurrant) - Thickener: gum arabic - Anticaking agents: magnesium carbonate and stearate - Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - Melatonin.
