Ogestan is a dietary supplement designed to support women throughout motherhood, from the desire to become pregnant to the period of milk feeding. Throughout pregnancy, the foetus draws on a whole range of essential nutritional components from the mother. Ogestan can cover all these increased needs thanks to its complete formula specifically designed for expectant mothers.

Ogestan contains just the right amount of omega-3s, vitamins and minerals to support women from pregnancy to milk feeding, including

- vitamin B9 (folic acid or folates): folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status increases the risk of neural tube defects in the developing foetus;
- vitamin D, which contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, the normal functioning of the immune system, and is necessary for the maintenance of normal bone structure, muscle function and dentition;
- dHA (docosahexaenoic acid), a member of the omega-3 family, which contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breast-fed Children;
- iron, which contributes to the normal development of Children's cognitive functions (memory, attention, language, perception, motor skills).

How to use it

1 capsule a day at regular intervals, preferably in the evening, to be swallowed with a large glass of water. Ogestan is recommended as soon as you want to have children and throughout pregnancy and milk feeding. 3 months to be repeated.
