How to use it

Oligobs Grossesse must be taken in conjuction with a balanced and varied diet, and a healthy lifestyle. In case of confirmed deficiencies, especially in iron, only your physician is able to prescribe an appropriate treatment.

Take one tablet a day with a glass of water. Use Oligobs Grossesse from the time you wish for a pregnancy, and throughout the pregnancy.

Requirements in Omega 3 increase towards the end of pregnancy. It is therefore recommended to switch to Oligobs Grossesse Omega 3 as of the 4th month of pregnancy.
