How to use Ccd Gyndelta Microbiota?
Take 2 capsules each morning with a large glass of water for 15 consecutive days. For optimal results, repeat this monthly over a 3-month period.
To make it part of your daily routine, take the capsules with breakfast. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat.
