Contribution of Optimal EFAs BC ingredients (for 4 capsules) :
- DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision. The favourable effect is obtained with a Daily use of 250 mg of DHA. - The mother's intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the foetus and in breast-fed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of Omegas for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA. - EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. - Alpha-linolenic acid helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a Daily use of 2 g of ALA.
