Oral-B Oral B Electric Irrigator Device Professional Care Waterjet

Before the first use, fill the water tank, place the handle of the Irrigator over a sink. Turn on the unit to prime the system, let the water jet run for a few seconds. 

Attach one of the cannulas of the Irrigator to the handle by inserting it until it snaps into place. 

Fill the tank with lukewarm water and add a mouthwash solution if you wish. 
Position the sliding switch on the handle in the off position (downwards to block the diffusion of the water jet) and then turn on the Hydropump by pressing the on / off switch.
Adjust the water jet pressure using the pressure adjustment knob. It is recommended to start at level 1, especially if your gums tend to bleed or if the appliance is used for a child. 
Lean over a sink and direct the spray toward your teeth and gums. Push the handle switch up to release the water jet. 

Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to drain into the sink. 

Two modes of operation are available with the cannula of the irrigator according to the position of the tip: 

Monojet: this position of the nozzle allows cleaning the teeth and interdental spaces and eliminate residual food residues.
Multijet: this position of the tip allows to massage the gums to help preserve their good health.
