The illuminated pressure sensor signals excessive pressure in red in real time, and shows the ideal pressure in green for effective, gum-safe brushing. A built-in two-minute timer helps you brush each area evenly. Replace the brush head every three months; an indicator light lets you know when it is time.

Personalised modes and tracking

iO6 offers five brushing modes, including Gum Care, which gently massages and stimulates gum tissue. Its interactive display lets you select a mode, track brushing time, check the battery level and see when to replace the brush head. The Oral-B app guides you through brushing to help cover every area of your mouth, including along the gumline. It also tracks brushing time and coverage. Syncing with Apple Health lets you check your average daily brushing time. This toothbrush is officially recommended by dental surgeons from the French Union for Oral Health (UFSBD).
