How to use it
In a bowl : In a bowl with milk, water or vegetable or fruit purée, add the cereals.
For 3 tablespoons of liquid, add 1 tablespoon of cereal.
Mix.
Serve
By Bottle: Add 1 tablespoon of cereals to 50ml of milk.
Roll the bottle between your hands.
Shake.
Serve.
