How to use it
To gently acclimatise the digestive system, start with one teaspoon a day, then increase the dose to 2 tablespoons (30g) or more depending on the desired effect. Mix well with a glass of Water, compote or yoghurt. It is important to drink plenty of Water when taking psyllium.
Between 10 and 20g a day, diluted in water or fruit juice.
