Brush your teeth with Avril certified organic toothpaste 3 times a day for 2 to 3 minutes.
Brush in an up/down motion, not right/left: this helps to remove residue without damaging your gums.
The perfect way to brush is to start at the gum line and work your way down (or up!) to the tip of your teeth.
Change your toothbrush every 3 months at the most, as it is a real nest of microbes!
Last tip: don't forget to close the cap of your Avril organic toothpaste to prevent it from drying out!
