Take 1 Ampula of ORGANIC ROYAL JELLY 3500 mg every morning, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Due to its high concentration, it is normal for it to flow more or less easily.
Shake before use. To avoid any debris from the ampulas falling into the liquid, do not break the ampulas over the glass.
