Royal jelly is a magical nectar used to nourish queen bee larvae over a long period of time, giving them exceptional longevity (almost 50 times greater than that of an ordinary worker bee).
It is secreted by the youngest, most vigorous bees between their 5th and 14th day, via their glandular system, as they gorge themselves on honey and pollen.
