How to use it

Herbal Teas:
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoon(s) of herbs into simmering water and leave to infuse for 3 to 10 minutes.
Decoction :
Plunge the plant into boiling water and leave to boil for 10 to 30 minutes, then leave to infuse off the heat for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the desired concentration.
