How to use it
For optimum use of Organyc Maternity Pads, we recommend changing them every 3 to 4 hours or as soon as they become saturated, to ensure perfect hygiene and avoid any irritation. Before each change, make sure you practise good intimate hygiene by washing your hands before and after. Wear comfortable cotton underwear that is large enough to hold the pad in place. These protections should be used for the first few weeks post-partum. If you notice any abnormal bleeding, don't hesitate to consult your midwife or doctor.
